I’m passionate about writing informative journalism that educates and inspires readers.
I’m currently a freelance health and lifestyle journalist reporting on the latest health and fitness news and gear. I’m a former editor at Runner's World and Bicycling magazines, where I managed weekly human-interest service columns for Bicycling and Runner’s World and covered health and fitness service journalism. I also curated and published monthly race roundups and calendars.
I enjoy reporting on a wide range of service-driven topics and am skilled in pitching, writing, and editing SEO-driven content. I regularly interview medical and field experts and distill complex concepts into clear, informative journalism.
As a journalist, I always keep a pulse on what’s trending in the health and wellness world and what stories matter.
